Another great episode after a break last week. Straight to the elimination before we discuss about the task. I like Jennifer. Not because she was awesome when she became the project manager. Just because she was the first person who got fired but still so cheer up. It is like, when you are doing something wrong in your interview and you know that you are not going to get the job, so you admit the defeat and move on. That's what she did. 'I am suck. Fire me and I am still going to live my life with pride'.

Task analysis

What happen to Kinetic? Have they buy any car before? The showcase place is so pathetic.

This week, basically, it is all about car promotion. They received a huge amount of money for this purpose, 50k if I am not mistaken, do anything with the money so that the visitor will give a high rate in the evaluation form. That's include bribing every visitor with 300-400 dollars so that the team will receive a high rating. No, I guess they wish they could do that.

But with a huge amount of money, what should come in mind? Kinetic is out of idea. A lot of money with no strategy is useless. Arrow came up with a simple concept but the concept that works. Why did I say that it is simple?

If we (the viewer) can see Nicole and Tim still can glazing at each other and fooling around in the task, but still win with 9.4 rate out of 10, their strategy must be simple. Simple but effective.

Ask ourselves, with a lot of money, how is our life would be? School? High rated school and college with lot of facilities. Food? Nice cooked from a chef maybe. Vacation? 5 stars hotel. And that is what Arrow have done. Spend the money, give something that we don't have it everyday.

With limited amount of money, what will we do? Instead of driving a car, we started with riding go-kart in the theme park when we were a little kid. Because we can't afford the real car. That was Kinetic idea. Second, instead of buying a new car, we get a second hand car. That was how the Kinetic's showcase place look like.

The same mistake as selling in the fast food restaurant, Kinetic lose because they didn't even think in the box. Heidi is losing her edge. The team can't rely on her anymore.

Some interesting point for this episode.

1. No car for Derek. Usually, in the episode of double elimination, the contestants will share the same cab. But Derek went out and gave his final words in front of the house. And no scene of he going into the car. Means that the producer already knew that there will be double elimination in the boardroom for tonight as he was forced to gave his final comment before entering the car. Maybe he just walked away.
2. I like Randal (except after he had been hired and he didn't go with the idea of double hiring, but other than that, he's okay). As he was the player of The Apprentice before, he seems to know what is the mistakes made by the contestants. But he talked too much tonight and keep interrupting Trump. I was wondering, will it ever happen that Trump will be pissed off by the advisor (Ivanka or Jr., the previous Apprentice or the winning project manager), and instead of firing the losing team, he fire the advisor. That's gonna be so cool... (He did it with Carolyn but that was not in the boardroom)
3. So Surya shut his mouth tight tonight. He is going down! (In the task, I was wondering, was he giving a business lecture with all the words fill up the white board?)
